Nuiton is a new cheese created in Burgundy by the famous Delin cheese factory. The name Nuiton comes from the town of Nuits-Saint-Georges, famous throughout the world for its exceptional wines. This is the name of the inhabitants of the city, near which these cheeses are made. The wooden box in which it is presented allows it to go into the oven to heat it up. Its thin crust has a creamy and supple heart. FLAVORS: It is soft, creamy and buttery, with slight sweet notes and a slight salty taste at the end of the mouth

HOW TO TASTE IT: It can be enjoyed at room temperature, spread on a nice slice of bread. However, it is when heated that it is at its best. Cook it at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes (in the wooden box). Simply wrap the bottom in aluminum foil, leaving the top exposed. Dip bread, potatoes, or charcuterie into the runny cheese to make

a fondue.
