Shipping Costs
The $10 fixed shipping costs and the free delivery above $120 purchase only apply in the delivery zone specified on the SHIPPING & RETURN page. All ordres can be picked-up for free in one of our stores.

As specified by the law in quebec, the sale of alcoholic beverages is reserved to people of 18 years old or older. By accepting the sales conditions, you recognize that you have read this paragraph and officially declare that you have the minimum legal age to purchase these specific items.
Product Availability
chezlatina.panierdachat.com does not guarantee in any case the availability in inventory of products offered. If Épicerie Latina is unable to deliver one or some of the products ordered due to insufficient inventory, Épicerie Latina will send out a warning by e-mail and give the following options:
- Maintain the order and ship it when the products become available
- Cancel part or all of the order containing unavailable products
